Baykeeper Citizen Science: Shell Survey & Plastic Monitoring

Monitor sand movement and shellfish habitats to find out what molluscs live in our local area. Help us monitor plastic pollution on our local beaches.

Join Port Phillip Baykeeper Neil Blake as he researches sand movement due to coastal erosion, and find out more about what shellfish call our beaches home. Become a citizen scientist to collect data on plastic pollution on our beaches.

Please bring a hat, sunscreen, and a reuseable drink bottle. 

Meet at St Kilda Pier Beach, between the Pier and RMYS slipway.
